Love your enemy, You may have questions if you are told to love your enemy, like how do I do that, what if then hate me?

Jesus command was a very difficult commandment to keep.

We all like to hold on to our hurts and share with others what another person has done to us.

But Jesus asked us to walk in a different spirit.

He wanted us to show a spirit of love, even to those who didn't deserve it.

Jesus lived under brutal occupation but he still came out with the words love your enemy.

He was possibly thinking about the Romans when he said it.

He saw the way they treated the people and yet he was still able to say Love your enemy.

Jesus didn't call us to agree, he called us to love.

We may not like what others do but we do need to treat others with love, even if they don't deserve it.

If you love your enemy then you are showing a powerful emotion.
