Exercise is important.
We may never really think about it when we are young but as you get
older the more we need it.
Exercise keeps you fit and healthy.
Just walking by itself is good for you if you walk at a good pace.
Today in our society it's easy to get in the car and drive or get a taxi to where we want to go.
But if we walked on some of our journeys we would be much healthier.
God has given us this life to live,
so it's important that we look after ourselves and look after our bodies.
It takes discipline to set up an exercise regime but when we do it and stick
to it we will reap the reward.
Look after yourself and look after your body.
God has given you life as a gift.
Use it wisely.
