A vulnerable life

When a Cat has kittens then that life is vulnerable.

For the first few weeks the kitten is blind, it can't move very far, it is in a weak vulnerable state.

But as the kitten gets older they also get stronger, They can move about more.

When they are born, if the mother abandons them then they will die because they cannot look after themselves.

They will grow hungry and die.

The mother is their sauce of life while they are in a vulnerable state.

God wants us to be like those new born kittens,

taking in the fresh milk of his word.

God's word helps us to grow spiritually.

As we read God's word then we begin to understand God more.

And if we obey God's word we become more Christ- like.

God's word will help us to grow up big and strong.

There is so much more than just a physical world, there is also a spiritual world which we need to understand.

Sometimes attacks against us are not physical but spiritual.

As you grow up in God's word you begin to understand the battle you face.

You have been called into a battle of Good and evil if you have received Christ.

Now mature in your faith and Grow in him.
