Summertime is here, it's a great time to go to the swimming pool and have some fun.

Meeting friends and playing in the water together.

Pushing your friends into the pool and generally enjoying yourself.

It is good to see people with smiles on their faces, It is very much needed in this day.

But we need to be sensible and wise.

There is a killer out there.

It is skin cancer.

You may not worry about it as a young person, and it isn't something to worry about if you do the right thing.

Make sure you have plenty of sunblock on to protect yourself.

You need to protect yourself from the UV rays that are given out by the sun.

It is these UV rays that can cause Cancer.

Sun block can block out the UV rays and keep you safe.

Cancer is a very bad disease so we need to do all we can to protect ourselves from it.

So go out and have lots of fun but at the same time protect yourself from Skin cancer.

You will be glad you did.
