Sometimes in life we get so busy that we don't have time to tidy up.

Our desk or shelf becomes a dumping ground.

You buy something and just leave the packaging where it is, because you don't have time to throw it away.

Through time the rubbish just build up more and more.

And eventually you just have a huge mess.

Things aren't in their place and there is rubbish everywhere.

What you need is a good tidy up.

Collect all the rubbish, put everything in a nice neat order then it will look tidy again.

When it looks tidy you feel satisfied.

We need to do the same thing in our lives.

We allow things to come into our lives which leave us in a mess.

A little sin here or a little sin there.

But they soon add up.

We need to spend some time with God saying sorry for the things we have done wrong.

Asking God to forgive us.

Its like a spiritual clean up.

And God in his grace and mercy comes and cleans us up and makes us clean and new.
