When a mother has a baby it is a very special time.
It’s a time to bond and be a mother.
It’s also a very short time because a baby needs to grow up.
They don’t stay babies forever.
They become toddlers, small children, teenagers then adults.
It all happens in a very fast 18 years.
You know it’s going to happen and you expect it to happen.
It’s all part of life .
It should be part of our life in the spiritual world too.
We are Born again, weak and immature in the faith but with time and patience we grow up .
We learn to put the word of God unto our lives,
we give ourselves a time to pray and reflect .
All these things help us to grow.
You wouldn’t expect a baby to stay a baby for ever so we shouldn’t expect a baby Christian to stay a baby either.
We should grow and mature.
